RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer customers a 15 days return period from date of receipt. This does not apply to discounted goods, lingerie, earrings or antique jewellery. Regular items returned within this time period will be fully refunded. We will not accept general exchanges. Customers must contact our customer service team within three days in order to obtain a returns number.
Items returned after the 15 day period but within 30 days of receipt will be eligible for store credit, valid for one month after the items are received.
Returned orders must be in the original packing with original product tags, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. All accessories such as sunglasses case, protective coverings, bags, boxes must be returned in their original condition and within a protective shipping box.
We strongly advise you to return your goods with a reputable courier and to obtain proof of postage. Sonjiaonline does not take any responsibility for return shipping and all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Once your returns have been received by us, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
There will be no refund on shipping charges, any applicable taxes and custom duties that are associated with your order. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method and can take up to one month to process depending on your credit card provider.
Can I cancel/amend an order once it has been processed?
If you would like to cancel/amend your order, you can do so within 60 minutes of receipt. To cancel/amend the order, contact our Customer Care Team. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after despatch.
How do I pay for my items?
We currently only accept PayPal payments. When you are ready to check out, simply follow the Basket/Checkout instructions. You will be redirected to our payment Gateway partner page website or the Paypal equivalent where you can complete your transaction. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the service. Refunds will be processed and received from your original choice of payment provider.Your order is only completed by clicking SUBMIT ORDER. Your order will be accepted and dispatched by Sonjiaonline once payment has been received and you will receive a confirmation email following payment.
If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. To help ensure your order is not declined again we recommend the following: Check the card details you have provided or the balance available in your PayPal account. Your card issuer may have declined your payment, therefore contact your card issuer if the problems persist. If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken.
